Custom cursor with no download: change your Chrome cursor in two clicks
The classic way to get a custom cursor is to download a .cur or .ani file, dig into system settings and hope it works. Cursor Style skips all of that. A free Chrome extension applies the cursor on every page you open, so there is nothing to download to your computer and nothing that needs administrator rights.
What "no download" actually means here
- No cursor files. No .cur, .ani, .zip or .exe. Cursors live on our servers and the extension shows them in Chrome.
- No system settings. Your operating system cursor is not touched, so it works on Windows, macOS, Linux and ChromeOS the same way — and on computers where you cannot change system settings.
- One-click install, one-click apply. Add the extension from the Chrome Web Store, open a collection, press Apply.
- Free, with animated cursors and trail effects. Thousands of cursors from anime, games and memes to minimalist designs, plus sparkle, star and rainbow trails.
Three steps
- Add Cursor Style to Chrome from the Web Store.
- Pick a cursor from any collection, or search by name.
- Press Apply. Change it again whenever you like — nothing to uninstall or clean up.
Because the cursor is applied by the browser extension, it only shows inside Chrome. If you need a custom cursor for the desktop itself, that still requires a system cursor file; for everything you do in the browser, this is the simplest way.
