Custom cursor with no download: change your Chrome cursor in two clicks
The classic way to get a custom cursor is to download a .cur or .ani file, dig into system settings and hope it works. Cursor Style skips all of that. What "no download" actually means here

- Press Apply. Change it again whenever you like — nothing to uninstall or clean up.
Because the cursor is applied by the browser extension, it only shows inside Chrome. If you need a custom cursor for the desktop itself, that still requires a system cursor file; for everything you do in the browser, this is the simplest way.
